This form is for Wisconsin Artists to submit HipHop music and other related works of art from January 1st, 2023 to October 31st, 2023 for the 2nd Annual Wisconsin Icon Awards, or W.I.A.s, presented by CWHipHop. The public will vote for the best entries!

–WISCONSIN HIPHOP/RAP ARTISTS ONLY–
Artists who have been CWHipHop Patreons in 2023 can submit up to two (2) categories at no charge. All submissions will automatically be entered for ‘Artist of the Year.’ A CWHipHop Patreon Artist must be verified before the submission is successful. A confirmation email will be sent after the submission has been reviewed.
Submissions by Non-CWHipHop can submit their work for two (2) categories with a one-time $20 fee. All submissions will automatically be entered for ‘Artist of the Year.’ The fee can be paid via CashApp, Venmo, or PayPal. Further instructions will be sent in a submission confirmation email.
Registration for the W.I.A.s will be open from Sunday, October 8th, 2023, until 11:59 pm on Monday, October 31st, 2023. Entries must be from a Wisconsin artist with a HipHop related piece of art. If we are unaware of your work, we may require you to verify you are a Wisconsin Artist before your submission is complete.
How will voting work? Two rounds of voting will occur. A qualifying vote where the top five entries in each category will move on to the final vote. Three votes per round may be cast via (1) Facebook, (1) Instagram, and (1) vote on CWHipHop.com with a verified email. The Qualifying Vote will be from Sunday, November 5th, until Monday, November 13th. The Final Vote will be from Sunday, November 26th until Monday, December 11th.
Finalists will be announced on our Live DJ on Sunday, November 26th. The winners of each category in the final vote will be announced on our live show on Sunday, January 7th, 2024 @ 5pm!

If you select more than two (2) categories, we will pick the top two (2) categories in the submitted order.
