Artist Submissions
Are you from Wisconsin? Do you make HipHop, Rap or R&B music? Do you think you have music that should be played in front of an audience? Submit your music to CWHipHop today!
Benefits of joining CWHipHop:

Email Submissions@cwhiphop.com with the following information:
1.) Around five songs in MP3 File Format, including the song titles, any features on the songs, and a link to where they are hosted on streaming platforms. We currently prefer Spotify links, but if you don’t have them hosted there, send a SoundCloud, Youtube, or another service.
2.) Links to your Social Media: Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, TikTok, Artist Website, Spotify, Soundcloud.
3.) Two images of you as an artist for our CWHipHop.com/Artists page. We will pick between the two, which will be cropped to a 9×16 format.
4.) The city you want to be listed next to your name on the Artist Page.
5.) A short bio you want next to your name, so a listener knows you as an artist.
We will listen to your submission, review it, and reply by Thursday every week when we prepare for our Sunday show. If you have any post-submission questions, message our CWHipHop page on Instagram. If we feel your music fits the station, we will email you back, asking you to subscribe to one of our Patreon Tiers. PLEASE DO NOT join a Patreon Tier until you have heard back from us! We may decline your submission for any reason or require additional information. Payment will be pulled on the same business day and will continue to pull on the same date each month.
If you are an existing artist and you want to submit NEW music to the station, send your music to our email at new@cwhiphop.com in MP3 File Format with the title of the song, any featured artists, the date of release if you want us to withhold playing the track until release, or let us know if you want us to promote it as an exclusive with over two weeks before is the release date. Put the release date and if you want it as an *Exclusive* in the email’s subject line.
Producer Submissions
If you are a producer in Wisconsin, email the following information to CWHipHopRNB@gmail.com. Put “Wisconsin Producer” in the email subject. We will add your information to our website here.
1. Your Producer Alias
2. Where you are based in Wisconsin
3. A link to your Beatstars page or other online Beat store page
4. An image of you as a producer or brand logo
5. Links to your social media
